Analysis / feasibility study

Thanks to in-depth phonometric investigations carried out by acoustically competent registered technicians, SILTE carries out all the measurements necessary to assess the current situation and predict the degree of noise attenuation once the installation is complete, while at the same time assessing possible solutions.

Solution Proposal

A series of proposals and solutions allow you to choose from a range of possibilities: together with the customer, SILTE searches for the best solution to combine soundproofing and production requirements, with proposals tailored to particular needs.

Designing the artefact

The design and development of soundproofing devices is done in-house by a specialised technical department. Solutions are analysed using three-dimensional solid modelling technology (Cad 3D). The executive design, developed using these techniques, can be transferred directly to the plants for automatic realisation.

Production of the manufactured part

Advanced technologies and computerised data transmission allow soundproofing devices to be produced precisely and quickly, guaranteeing the highest quality for both series and customised parts: thus SILTE is able to give everyone their own customisation.

Installation of the finished product

Accurate post-installation service

Once the system has been installed, the work for SILTE is not finished: in the belief that the customer is the company's true asset, SILTE provides a complete post-installation service, guaranteeing a prompt and professional response to any need, from maintenance to the resolution of specific cases.
