What they are
SILTE's Pivot® mobile noise barriers are made from individual, self-standing, vertical modules that are installed in series to form continuous walls and create silent areas, departmental offices, or real soundproof areas for industrial plants. They are very suitable for solving temporary inconveniences, or in the vicinity of plants where noise must be insulated and frequent access to the noisy area is necessary.
Technical features
Pivot® mobile sound barriers consist of a supporting structure made of steel profiles to which the sound-absorbing part is attached. They are fitted with lifting hooks and swivel castors (2 of which have a locking device) to allow easy and quick handling. As an alternative, they can be made with plates for fixing to the ground. The sound-absorbing part is made of metal panels insulated with high-density mineral wool. The side of the panel exposed to noise is perforated.
