SIL-Btm is a heavy self-adhesive bituminous laminate layer composed of a mixture of bitumen, elastomers and variable grain size fillers.
SIL-Btm is a sound-insulating product designed to reduce airborne noise and to insulate against impact noise; it is supplied already adhesive-coated on the back with solvent-free acrylic-based adhesive.
Product use
SIL-Btm is supplied in sheets of approximately 1 m2 in size for easy application and processing; it can be die-cut or cut to size with a common cutter or industrial scissors.
SIL-Btm is particularly suitable for applications where moderate flexibility at room temperature is required; it can be spread and applied on flat or slightly curved surfaces.
