SILTE's perimeter protections, made of modular elements in electro-welded metal mesh, comply with all EU directives and the requirements imposed in the construction of mobile and fixed safety guards. The plant segregation system normally comprises vertical uprights to which fixed mesh panels, hinged or sliding doors are attached. All openings can be automated with either electric or pneumatic actuators. Different locking systems are available: traditional with lock, ‘anti-panic’ security or electromechanical hold-open.
For special requirements, this type of perimeter protection can be supplemented with transparent safety elements, or solid sheet metal panels to also provide protection against splashes, chips or small pieces of small parts, etc. In addition to the standard perimeter protection system, SILTE also designs and manufactures special, tailor-made perimeter protection according to customer requirements.
