SIL-fibra panels are designed to make walls and surfaces that would otherwise reflect sound waves sound-absorbent by increasing the sound energy propagated towards a receptor or reverberated in a closed environment. SIL-fibra sound-absorbing panels are manufactured according to specifications defined by SILTE's Research and Development department. They are made up of an exclusive composition of thermo-bonded polyester fibres with differentiated density in thickness to offer better performance over a wider spectrum of frequencies. The mattress does not shed hazardous fibres, is environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable. The panels are available in anthracite grey (black or white on request). SIL-fibra is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Sil-fibra kit is a set consisting of a sound-absorbing panel and special dowels for secure mechanical anchoring to the wall. The mat can be cut to size and shaped on site.
The panels are available in various standard formats, available in stock in 5 cm or 10 cm thickness.
