Technique and materials
The introduction of laser technology for cutting sheet metal frees us from limits of gauge and type of metal that can be processed, guaranteeing maximum operational flexibility. The metal materials processed are carbon steels, stainless steels and aluminium alloys.
Laser processing allows first and foremost a precise and clean cut but also has further advantages:
- Possibility of producing even very complex profiles with very small bending radii
- Possibility of producing both single pieces and large series, always with the same precision
- Guarantees complete absence of mechanical stress on the workpiece
- Ability to cut materials even those already coated or surface-treated
- Limited surface oxidation, therefore weldable edges without the costs of further reworking
- Reduced thermal alteration of the processed material
- Finished parts are produced that do not require further machining such as deburring and grinding.
- The speed of execution allows lower costs per machined unit
